Support Packages

Establishing what care will be most helpful for your child.

Following the initial telephone discussion, we will begin our work with your family by conducting an assessment.

Our priority in this first meeting is to put you at ease and get to know you by gently guiding you or your child through a series of questions about:

Together we will come to a shared understanding of the difficulties your child is experiencing and the key priorities for intervention.  This will help us to customise a package of care that is effective in meeting your child’s needs as well as your hopes for support.

We will summarise the outcome of this assessment in an email to you.  This will contain an overview of our recommendations for support and all associated costs.

How long is an assessment?

Our assessment appointments are 80 minutes to ensure that we cover all the relevant information to confidently advise and support you.  This will also give us time to consider practical strategies with you as well as providing general information sheets and recommendations for books, materials or resources that may help your family.

Our psychological assessments (including an email summary with recommendations) cost £350.

"Making a call to Alex was the best thing we did for our daughter. She now has the skills and knowledge to deal with anxiety. The difference has been quite literally life changing. We wouldn’t be where we are now if it wasn’t for the support from Alex and we deeply thank her for that."
