Written guidelines and therapeutic resources provide a lasting summary of what works for your child and can be given to your child or to any adults involved in their care to ensure their progress is maintained.

Written guidelines for adults

It’s important to us that any child experiencing stress, worry and anxiety has access to adults who understand them and are well equipped to develop their confidence, courage and resilience.  This can be achieved through written guidelines.

Written guidelines typically include a summary of our shared understanding of the problem along with detailed recommendations that meet the specific needs of your child.

If required, you can choose to share these guidelines with any adults involved in your child’s care.  This makes them especially useful when worry, stress and anxiety create difficulties for your child in all aspects of their life.

Resources for your child

We will always document your child’s progress, summarise their very own personal tool kit and celebrate their successes in our final consultation together.  For some children, a therapeutic letter, drawing or story is an additional way to reinforce all the positive changes they have made and to ensure their progress is maintained now and in the future.

As we get to know your child, we will be able to make recommendations regarding the usefulness of additional therapeutic resources.

Our bespoke written guidelines and resources start from £100.
